Join us in supporting United Way of Frederick County by donating new school supplies.
FCB Bank is excited to support Stuff the Bus to benefit local families in Frederick County served by United Way of Frederick County.
In direct coordination with Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS), Stuff the Bus is a community-wide school supply drive that provides learning resources to thousands of FCPS students every year.
While last year was different and challenging, the community’s generosity sent a message to students that said, "We have not forgotten you and we care." This reflected in the number of students who received the necessary supplies to start the school year; 6,922 students, an increase of 44% over the 4,000 students served in 2019, and the most students ever served in a single year! Our commitment to providing school supplies to students in Frederick County continues. Kids in our community need the tools and support to learn - now more than ever.
Customers and local residents may drop off donations of new school supplies geared to Pre-K through high school at any one of FCB Bank’s five convenient locations through August 4.
Your donations of new school supplies, retail gift cards (i.e. Walmart or Target) or monetary gifts will provide students with the tools they need to succeed as they begin the school year. If you choose to write a check, please make it payable to United Way of Frederick County with Stuff the Bus in the memo line.
