Financial institutions are considered essential services and so FCB Bank locations are open with drive-up service only. Please check this page before visiting an office.
Timely Enhancements Effective March 23, 2020 through April 30, 2020
- ATM transaction fees charged by FCB Bank for use other than our own or those available at Sheetz will be waived for our customers.
- All early withdrawal fees on CDs open greater than 7 days will be waived.
- A single overdraft fee will be waived.
- Financial hardships impacting retail loan customers including Residential Mortgage Loans / Consumer Installment Loans / Home Equity Loans / Personal Lines of Credit, etc. may be eligible for deferment and is subject to FCB Bank approval.
Business Customer Assistance
Solutions that may be available to our impacted customers include:
- A potential for fee relief on deposit and lending solutions.
- A potential for payment relief by making changes to your current loan payment amount or loan length.
- A monthly maintenance fee waiver for Remote Check Deposit services through April 30, 2020.

Also, the 2 North on the Square Office will not be available for appointments on 3/28. However, an alternative office will be suggested.
