When you call our main number (301-620-1400) you’ll reach one of our contact center team members or an employee who works right here in Frederick.
How can I reach someone directly?
To reach someone directly please dial the direct extension they have provided. Otherwise, our FCB Contact Center team is happy to redirect your call to the individual you’re trying to reach or to the bank center of your choice.
I need help but the bank centers are closed. What do I do?
After hours you can call the main number and leave a message or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond by the end of the next business day. You can also contact our automated 24-hour telephone banking system at 1-877-236-1485 to hear account details and information.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
To report a lost or stolen Personal VISA® Debit Card or VISA® Business Check Card or to report unusual or unauthorized activity, please call our main number and ask for FCB Operations. If it is after business hours please call 1-800-500-1044.
I called after hours, will someone return my call?
Absolutely. Please be sure to leave your name, phone number, and a brief description of how we can help you and one of our team members will call you back as soon as possible. You do not need to leave your account number or details.
