2. Register for FCB Online Bill Pay

Please note: this link opens a new window to the FCB Online Bill Pay Registration page. After completing the Bill Pay registration process, you may close the window.

When you have completed both steps above, you will subsequently access FCB Online Banking and Bill Pay through the FCB Online Banking system. Once you have logged in to FCB Online Banking, a Bill Pay tab at the bottom of each page will allow you to access FCB Online Bill Pay.
